Hi everyone,

I’ve noticed my HP laptop has become much slower after a recent Windows update. Boot time is slower, apps take longer to open, and overall performance feels laggy.

I wanted to ask:

  • Has anyone experienced this issue recently?
  • Are there any recommended troubleshooting steps for improving performance?
  • Could this be related to drivers, storage, or HP Support Assistant updates?

I’ve already tried restarting and checking for updates, but the issue still continues. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

You can try windows optimization safe guides avilable on YouTube. If they don't work then I suggest to run system restore point dated before this update to restore.
