Hello hope all you are doing well
i acutally have an issue with my laptop and i would want to ask you before i do any no good action
so in short
i was actually having a charger that was having an issue , it gets unplug sometimes
and because of that i think (just think idk really) my bios on laptop stopped the  battery from work
now my pc is always on 0% and can be turned on only with charger
ive got the HP battery alert i will drag photos on the report
i got new charger how ever but dont know if my batterie is fully burned or not
i tried to use "batteryinfoview" to see if my battery health and surprisingly it gave me 100%
so i tried to delete drivers of batterie and download them back
and that didnt do anything
still when ever i turn on my laptop , it give me those two alerts that (once again) i will drag photos of them
and charging is still 0%
i hope yall can direct me well to know what i have to exactly to change my batterie or unable something from bios
or to even know if for real my battery is burned
hope yall a good day and thank you previously of your help ❤️ laptop issueù.png

The battery error 601. You definitely will need to replace the battery.

CMOS Reset(502)

Try to recover the BIOS.

There is a keystroke combination that may help with this.

Connect the power adapter for the BIOS recovery. Do not unplug it until you complete the recovery  or you risk bricking your laptop.
