HP Laptop 17-by 3xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My husband purchased my HP laptop in August of 2020. When I went to open it today, the frame in the back of the keyboard came open. It's never been dropped or ever handled harshly. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how were you able to fix it?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
Apologize for inconvenience caused, this sounds like hardware related issue with the laptop assembly  and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I'm so sorry for the delayed response. The day I sent that post, I immediately reached out to HP support. My laptop is on its way to being repaired. Thanks. My other question is the representative I spoke with asked if I would be interested in a loaner device. I said yes. How do I go about receiving a loaner device?
