Dear All,

 

I am buying second hand laptop of model name 15-AY078TX.

I tried to call HP customer care number but it is asking pass code. Any idea how can I get it?

Will HP customer care help me to know if this used laptop got repaired before?

Pls share your valuable inputs

You should not need a pass Code to talk to Customer Care. There are a lot of fake HP Service sites out there.
