HP M.2 SSD Warranty

My HP Pavilion laptop starts with a Smart Disk Error Hard Disk 1 (301).

I have run the System diagnostics for the SSD, which comes back as a failed drive. This laptop has an HP SSD EX900 Plus M.2 1TB hard drive.

I believe that the Laptop warranty has expired, but I noticed that the SSD has a 5-year limited warranty.

I also tried looking for the SSD under HP Support products but nothing shows up when I enter the Serial Number or Product number.

Can HP RMA this SSD?
If so, how do I start this process?
