Product: hp Proobook 6565b (Base Model)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP(or someone better), YOU NEED TO DO SOMETHING!!!

There has been so many problems with hp's batteries. Like mine just won't charge at all!, stuck at 0% for 4 days of continuous charging.  I just bought this a few weeks ago, and now the battery starts behaving abnormally. HP battery check shows up with this:

 

Cell Voltage 1: 0 mV

Cell Voltage 2: 3486 mV

Cell Voltage 3: 2890 mV

Cell Voltage 4: 2803 mV

 

Now, I dont know much about batteries, but aren't those numbers supposed to be same? Like Cell 2 is over-charging and Cell 1 is completely not??

BTW, I have latest Bios installed and original charger, PLEASE HELP!!!  :-0

I really need help, I only made this account just for this purpose. I have to take this laptop for school and I can't afford to buy a new one, ANY help is appreciated.
