my laptop is not opening. when i press the power button. the cqps lock blinks 3 times in a series. please send help. please

Three blinks on the caps lock indicate memory module failure or the memory slot could have failed on the PC.

 

Try reseating the memory on the PC and try with a single memory on each slot and check the faulty memory.

If the issue still persists after trying out the steps. It is a hardware issue with the PC.
