HP Not Replacing Battery

Our Extended Warranty Clearly States under Deliverables : N-CSR  Battery Replace & Onsite Support  - However  they are repeatedly telling me Battery replacement is not covered - The Dealer who had sold me this warranty stands by the view that Battery is replaceable -

We understand some models are not battery covered extended warrenty either its CSR or N-NCSR part for more information.

All new models don't have the option CSR or NON-CSR battary replacement. Hences  its counseled units,

Unfocunally, I felt that information of the battery you no about N-CSR and CSR.
