Notebook - 14-bw012nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a HP Notebook for my girlfriends birthday, and she loved it. But, I noticed she hadn't used it in a while and when I asked why she said it was slow and kept saying it was low on memory. So I looked at it, and it only came with a 30gb hard drive, and Windows 10 takes up 15 gb of that. She literally put one picture on the computer and now the hard drive is full. How in the heck is she supposed to do anything besides carrying around an external drive which she won't do. Is there any way to upgrade the hard drive? I looked and there is no spot on the bottom to access anything.

Machine only has 32GB eMMC storage. Its specs

But it has  1 multi-format SD media card reader therefore she can put one SD card (128GB should work) to it to store photos/files.

If she wanted to store photos/movies/data/files on a computer, you should not give her this type of machine in the first place.

Regards.
