Product: HP Notebook - 14-dq0005cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just read from an hp area that Walmart and Costco can get a model of a laptop that it stripped down with less parts compared to the regular one you get from HP.  (with the same model)

. I have a  14-dq0005cl  with a missing m2 slot

Manual says it has   someone said they can be different 

here is the serial

No, same model/product will have same specs. You can see the following 2 models/products 

 

They are not the same because the last codes (cl and dx) are NOT the same.
