Hi @MANA14

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Your HP Notebook – 14s-cr1008tx supports two graphics processors: Intel UHD Graphics 620 (integrated) and AMD Radeon 530 (dedicated with 2 GB VRAM). If the AMD GPU is not showing today, it may be due to driver issues or power

-saving settings. Let’s walk through how to confirm and restore it.

Graphics Specifications for HP 14s-cr1008tx

GPU 0 (Integrated):

  • Name: Intel UHD Graphics 620
  • Type: Integrated
  • VRAM: Shared system memory
  • Purpose: Basic display, low-power tasks

GPU 1 (Dedicated):

  • Name: AMD Radeon 530
  • Type: Dedicated
  • VRAM: 2 GB GDDR5
  • Purpose: Graphics-intensive tasks, apps, and games

The system automatically switches between GPUs based on workload and power settings.

Why AMD GPU May Not Be Showing Today

  • Driver Uninstalled or Disabled
  • Windows Update Overwrote AMD Driver
  • Power Settings or Battery Saver Mode
  • AMD GPU Not Activated by Current App

Steps to Restore AMD Radeon 530 Visibility

1. Check Device Manager

  • Press Windows + X > Device Manager
  • Expand Display adapters
  • If AMD Radeon 530 is missing:
    • Click View > Show hidden devices
    • If it appears greyed out, right-click > Enable device

2. Reinstall AMD Graphics Driver

  • Go to: HP 14s-cr1008tx Drivers Page
  • Select Windows 11
  • Download and install:
    • AMD Radeon Graphics Driver
  • Restart your laptop after installation

3. Check AMD Settings

  • Right-click desktop > AMD Radeon Settings
  • Go to System > Switchable Graphics
  • Ensure your apps are set to use High Performance (AMD GPU)

4. Run HP App Diagnostics

  • Open the HP App
  • Tap your laptop > Tools > Diagnose & Fix
  • Run a full system check to detect missing drivers or GPU issues

Let me know how the system responds after reinstalling the AMD driver. You’ve done the right thing by checking both GPUs—and I’ll help you get the dedicated graphics back in action.
