Product: HP Notebook 14s-dq1505sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
USB Type C is not charging laptop or putting its display to monitor. It gives message that 'Display Connection might be limited'. Make sure the DisplayPort device that you are connecting to is supported by your PC.
Already tried restarting, USB root drivers, and unable to see monitor detected. Appreciate help.

Unfortunately your laptop model doesn't have that capability. USB Type C is for "Data Transfer Only".
