But I thought Multi-Channel mode was a motherboard thing

I'm not worried about the make of memory

I ran Crucial Scanner but it only says it has 2 slots, it does not mention the Channels

I ran CPU-Z  which shows single channel but only one slot is filled so that can't be conclusive

If I had the motherboard specs I would know since it states whether it is Dual Channel or Single Channel

Could you know the manufacturer of the motherboard?

When I run my serial number in PartSurfer this is what it says

You are not getting my point

You can't know if it is capable of Dual Channel with only one RAM stick

You will have to fill both RAM slots to know

But I don't have another stick to fill in

That's why I'm asking for the motherboard specs
