HP Notebook 15-dw1008ca

Hello, I have this laptop bought by my sister in Canada a year ago (Model is: HP Notebook 15-dw1008ca) and she'll give it to me in November. I just bought an 8GB Sodimm 2666mhz RAM and a 120GB M.2 SSD for my current (lenovo) laptop and I'm planning to transfer these to the HP laptop once it arrives. So there would be a total of 16GB RAM and SSD+HDD setup once upgraded. However, I'm not sure if the laptop is user-upgradeable just like with the current Lenovo laptop that I'm using. I'm just asking if:

(1) Is this laptop user upgradeable?
(2) If so, are the components I bought for my current lenovo laptop compatible with the HP laptop? (8gb SODIMM 2666mhz; 120gb or 240gb M.2 2280 SSD

I'm planning to use this for my work (photo editing and illustrating via photoshop and illustrator and lightcore gaming such as league of legends).

I was quite disappointed with the chat support as they only gave me a Yes or no answer without even backing it up so I'm highly doubtful and still unsure if this is user upgradeable. I couldn't even find the answer I need in the product specifications page. Please help me. Thank you

The specs are as follows:

-HP Notebook 15-dw1008ca
-comet lake intel core i5 10210u @1.6ghz
-8gb ram
-1tb HDD

Here's a snapshot of the laptop and the components that I just bought:

Hi:

HP only has the manual for the older model series (15-dw0000) on the support page.

HP 15-dw1000 Laptop PC series Manuals | HP® Customer Support

Maintenance and Service Guide HP 15 Laptop PC

Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade and M.2 SSD info.

You can install the 8 GB DDR4-2666 MHz memory module you bought in the empty slot.

You can install either a SATA or NVMe SSD in the M.2 slot.

The 'non-customer-accessible/non-upgradable' statement means that HP wants any work done by an authorized service center.

There are procedures to install memory and a M.2 SSD in chapter 5 of the service manual.

So if you are just asking if you can take the notebook apart to upgrade the parts, the answer is yes you can.
