Need to upgarde SSD and RAM

Crucial site lot of variant RAM available like below mentioned which one is suitable for my laptop :

 

Speed :

  •  DDR4-3200
  •  DDR4-2666
  •  DDR4-2400

Voltage :

  • 1.2V
  •  1.35V

PC Speed :

  •  PC4-25600
  •  PC4-21300
  •  PC4-2666
  •  PC4-2400
  •  PC4-3200
  •  PC4-19200

For Example : my new RAM give more performance than existing once and it's compact and configuration is support for my motherboard.
