HP Notebook 15-da1018tu

Hello there,

I have HP Notebook 15-da1018tu Laptop. Now it's almost 4 years old and it too slow. Few times I got "Bootable device not found" error. Then I checked HDD health with Hard disk sentinel software. The result is 0% health. Here is the screenshot.

As result I have to replace my HDD. So I hope to buy NVME. And I want to know before buying a new one, NVME support or not with this device model?

I'll upload images of interface,

Should I buy SATA SSD or NVME for my laptop?

It's better if you can tell which models and generations support with this laptop.

I really appreciate your help to buy me new storage device.

Thank you ❤️

Hi:

Yes, your notebook's M.2 slot supports PCIe Gen 3 M.2 NVMe SSD's.

I recommend the Western Digital Blue SN570.

Below is the link to the service manual.

Chapter 1 has the types of drives supported in the model series.
