Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I am using HP Notebook 15-da1019tu and hear that its have a SSD slot on motherboard. So I decided to buy a M.2 SSD but I can't identify which M.2 model support by my Notebook. It is M.2 NVME or mSATA III ? And what is the length of SSD its support. Sorry for my bad English.

Thanks Everybody.

@khkalam

It supports M.2 SATA or NVMe SSD's up to 2280 (means length is 80mm). NVMe drive is faster.

Currently I have 1TB internal 2.5" HDD in this Notebook and HP India customer support told me that with 1TB internal HDD, its only support upto 256 GB SSD (NVMe or SATA III).

So is it correct information or possible to use 1TB HP SSD (NVMe) storage along with internal 1TB HDD?

I want to buy HP EX900 1TB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD if my laptop support it along with 1TB current internal 1TB HDD.

Thanks.
