Product: HP Notebook - 15-db0996na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Notebook - 15-db0996na does not charge while plugged in. I am unable to update the BIOS or update any drivers because there does not seem to be any updates or downloads available for my Windows version (21H2). I do not know what more I can do.

When a laptop no longer charges it is almost always the battery not software. How old is the battery and the laptop? Have you run a diagnostic on the battery through HP Support Assistant? Not just the OK/Not OK. We need to advanced detailed report on the health of the battery.

The battery/laptop is two and a half years old. I cannot run a diagnostics on the battery through the HP Support Assistant because it says "A server connectivity issue has been detected" and when I try and download a new version, apparently my computer does not support it.
