I have a few questions about the HP Notebook - 15-dw0037wm
Q1. Can I upgrade the CPU?
Q2. If I can upgrade the CPU what is the CPU socket type?
Q3. Can I upgrade the graphics by adding a laptop GPU?
If so what is the best laptop GPU that will work with it that is 150$ or lower?
Thanks!

Hi,
It is not possible in modern notebooks to upgrade CPU or GPU as they are integrated on the motherboard. You would need to replace the motherboard which would most likely cost more than a new PC.
You can upgrade to max 32GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM
Now, an upgrade you should really perform is to install an M2 PCIe NVMe SSD. This would give a great boost to the everyday performance of the PC. Something like the M2 Samsung 970 Evo Plus would be the best, but even much cheaper and slower Crucial P1 would give an amazing boost in the responsiveness of the PC. There is no limit to the capacity of the drive.
Example:
On page 46 of service manual you can see the steps to install the drive
https://content.abt.com/documents/90195/15DA0046NR_manual.pdf
You can then reinstall the OS on the SSD and keep the regular Hard Drive for storage (or just remove it)
Hope it helps,
David
