Product: HP Notebook - 15-dy0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have an HP Notebook - 15-dy0013dx with a touchscreen, after about 20 minutes of use the touchpad start sticking and I am unable to move the cursor around properly. Before this it works fine, but once this happens the only way to use the computer is with the touchscreen. The only way to fix the problem temporarily is to put my computer to sleep and then unlock it again (usually by closing and opening the lid). After 20-30 minutes the problem comes back though.
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing all my drivers. Also, I have tried factory resetting my computer and I am running the latest windows (Windows 11).
