hello Friends,
i have HP Notebook - 15s-fq0017na with 4 gb memory and pentium 5405u @ 2.3gz with 120 GB of hard drive.
the hard disk is nearly full.
whenever i am opening power point its giving me error as not enough memory and chrome crash.
can you please advise if the memory can be upgraded on this PC? and if i can also add more storage.

Hi:
Yes, the notebook has two memory slots and can support 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2666 CL19 memory, which will run at 2133 MHz.
You can also install DDR4-3200 CL 22 memory which will run at 2133 MHz.
You can replace the 128 GB M.2 2280 SATA SSD with one having a greater storage capacity, or upgrade to a better performing M.2 2280 NVME SSD of a greater storage capacity.
