Hi does anybody know if my laptop (17-ca0054cl) has dual HDD bays so I can add another HDD or SSD without removing the current HDD? Thanks

Perhaps not exactly as you picture it but in addition to the bay holding your current 1 TB 5400 rpm mechanical hard drive there is a slot for an M.2 "gumstick" 2280 form factor SSD.
HDD = green box M.2 SSD = red circle
You can use a PCIe/NVME M.2 SSD which is the fastest possible storage in a consumer computer like this one:

HI So much thanks for your assistance. So does my laptop "17-ca0054cl" has slots for M2 SSD but they are empty now, Correct? So I can buy one and install it.
Does this SSD would be comparable with my laptop?

No reason the Sabrent would not work. Except it is always wise to open the laptop first before buying upgrade parts just to be sure the slot is there. Sometimes they are not for reasons we do not know and cannot predict. But odds are very good you do have the M.2 slot.
