HP Notebook - 15t-bs000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My daughter was doing homework on the laptop when it died all of the sudden. It was plugged in at the time and the battery was full. Now, the laptop cannot be turned on, booted up or started in any way.

Knowledgeable family members did the following troubleshooting:

1. Removed battery, plugged in power, and hit power button | Result = no power, laptop doesn't turn on

2. Tested power cord with volt meter | Result = pass
