i was wondering if the ram on this laptop/tablet is user upgradable or if it is even upgradable at all by anyone

Hi,

 

The memory is not upgradable since it is onboard (soldered to motherboard).

Alright thanks
I was wondering because how support assistant suggested upgrading RAM but I didn't know if it was upgradable in the first place
