As already written in the Thread https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/New-HP-Notebooks-17-ck2781ng-w... (which has been closed already but without a solution) i want to give a short update on the problem hoping that a HP Support Employee is getting in touch with me.
Since the above mentioned Thread several months already passed. I installed the only new BIOS update that has arrived for my laptop since Jan 23 from Mid of June.
Sadly the BIOS update didn't fix the problem mentioned in the thread above. If I'm using a hub on one of the USB Ports the Laptop is going to disconnect all BT devices and USB devices at some point, unable to recover til restart.
I tried it today again after using only the USB ports with 1 device attached since end of march.
Still i don't think that this can be HPs vision of delivering high quality laptops for >3000€.
If anyone has any new suggestion please get in contact. Elsewise I hope that HP will take a note of the mentioned problem.
Nevertheless I tried to use the Online Support Agent and even the Whatsapp Messenger Channel from HP without any success the last thing i could try now is to get in contact with an agent via phone. This is not how modern support should look like for an enterprise scale company like HP.
