Thanks. The fan is working. He says the control IC is not working n3ed to be replaces. What will be cost to replace? Is the external cooling fans ok? Or need to change the motherboard?. Please help with right guidance.

Is the fan working?

There may be a setting in the bios for "always on"

Keep the fan running all the time if necessary.  An Omen 17-Ck motherboard is going to be very expensive.  You can probably buy a used omen for less than a new or used motherboard costs.

I suspect if the IC that provides power to the fan is defective, the technican can bypass the IC by soldering a wire to the supply voltage side of the IC.  The fans will run at full speed though.

if this happened to me and the Omen was out of warranty I would buy something like this, cut off the connectors, run the wires inside the laptop to connect to the IC and then power the fans from the fan wiring.
