I've had this computer for about two years, it's great. But it doesn't seem to charge. I have it plugged in and the amount of power in the battery stays the same, so it doesn't drain. But it also doesn't charge. Only sometimes when I plug it in it might charge 1% or so before going back to the normal status: Plugged in (Not charging).
I tried to hit F2 on startup and run a test of the battery but it came back "Passed". Do I need to replace the ac adapter or battery or is there some kind of software fix?
I would really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance 🙂

You have seen how to run the battery test, but the simple pass/fail can be misleading. Can you post the "advanced" results which will show us the cycles and the charge capacity of each cell, among other important information? 2 years is about the beginning of the time you can expect the battery to need replacement. We hope for 3 years but 2 is not a terrible lifespan.
