I own a hp omen hp omen 15-dc1093tx . it already had 8 gb ram 2666mhz pre-installed . i wanted to upgrade it to 32 GB , 16X2 GB 2666mhz as suggested by crucial website . when i installed both ram sticks the laptop won't turn own ( only the power button turns on and fan run ) , also the caps lock key starts blinking but there is nothing on the screen , not even BIOS . what should I do
thing i checked - >
-Both sticks work sepreately
- both ram slots work fine
-issue only starts when i insert them togheter
