Product: HP OMEN Notebook - 15-5100np
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
 
The battery on my HP OMEN 15-5100np doesn't hold anymore, if i take out the power adapter the pc lasts a few seconds then powers off.
 
I executed the system diagnostics on the component battery and it failed with this code: RLNDA0-7HDAB0-GXGJMG-C0CB03
 
How can i get the battery replaced?
