Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0013ax

Hello, saya memiliki laptop HP OMEN 15-EN0013AX, saya telah memilikinya selama 2 tahun tanpa ada masalah. Akan tetapi, pada 2 hari lalu muncul blackscreen bertuliskan CMOS Reset (502). Ketika saya tekan ENTER (dimana laptop akan langsung direstart) saya menyadari baterai saya stuck di 0% ketika charging. Juga ketika saya cek menggunakan HP diagnostic, baterai saya tidak terdeteksi (tertulis baterai tidak terpasang). Padahal saya tidak pernah mengutak atik apapun mengenai baterai saya. Selain itu error cmos reset 502 akan muncul saat bootup ketika sebelumnya laptop saya mati tanpa daya charging. Adakah yang berpengalaman sama? Tolong bantu saya.
