Upgrading my Zbook 15 G3 with a 6th gen processor to this:

AC-9260 no-VproAC-9260 no-Vpro

Worked perfectly:

So these are obviously not limited to 8th gen CPUs.

Fantastic, thank you very much. I think I will order one, then! Should hopefully work with my 4th Gen i7 processor!

I bought and installed the Intel Wireless AC 9260 on my PC and it works like a charm. Unfortunately it didn't solve my issue with the choppy Bluetooth music playback, but I reckon it had nothing to do with the Wireless card in the first place.

WOW. Congrats...May be the 9560 thats the new config...lots of contrary info...

So how do you know if the card it V pro or not. I have the z 15G2 with a i7 4710MQ///looked up in intel & its not Vpro...

Trying to upgrade my Z 15 G2 as the AC 7260 is dropping all the time...

Darn my Z 15G is a i7 4800MQ think its vpro but it that darn half card & a N6235 yuck so that one is hopeless!!!

So what about the anntenna connections? Was reading the newer card have smaller caps...that could present a problem too...this is my cardP1200819 (2).JPG

Well just ordered same part number 9260. Should have it in a few days...Going in a Zbook 15 G2 i7 4710MQ to replace the 7260 AC...Crossing my fingers...
