All of as sudden my 2019 HP Omen 15-6QT87UA gaming laptop turned Off and will not boot. The power light and orange charge led blinks ON for 5 seconds, and OFF for 3 seconds. I changed the battery, which was damaged and did not hold a charge, but still same problem. I disconnected it, pressed the power button and all that still same problem. I keep hearing it could be the Mother board, how do I make sure!? Better to buy another computer since it could cost more than $500 dollars.
Need a little help here thanks!

Five led blinks indicate a general motherboard failure.
Unfortunately, if that laptop will not boot, even creating a diagnostic flash drive and booting to it won't help.
Here is a hyperlink which goes to an exhaustive list of things to check for hardware failures. If I were you, I would try them all.

Ok.
So it is a single blink which repeats itself.
A single blink is processor not functional. That is not a good thing at all.
Does the battery charge completely since you replaced it with a new one? Full charge is power led=white.
" If I hold the power button for 15 seconds the laptop turns OFF and stops blinking all together." That is normal.

Thanks for your replies!
Where do I find these blinking error codes? I should have put some good paste on the processor when I first bought the laptop in 2019. I had heard these computers tend to get hot and burn because of the inferior paste that is being used when assembling these motherboards. How do I know it's only the processor then?

The only way to test a processor is in another motherboard or by running it out of the case with the fan disconnected to see if the processor gets hot. The latter is usually a test for a desktop processor.
