Can I pair my HP Omen with one of the market external GPU solutions ?

Absolutely, Yes you can use an external GPU for your laptop. You can use either the m-PCIe slot inside the laptop which is being used by the wireless card or you can get an eGPU device that uses the USB port of the laptop.

Your model may have a Thunderbolt 3 port which is what you want to use for eGPU. You left off the two lower case letters at the end of the model number. You do not have the mini-PCIe slot your wifi uses an M.2 interface.
