Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Hp Omen isnt charging up to 100% and is stuck at 30% and doesnt go above even though i replaced my battery like 2 days ago and still doesnt charge to 100% even though i left it charging overnight it still doesnt work and when i went to the Bios (UEFI software) and i did the battery test it shows that it has failed and battery is not supported as well as i went to replace the battery at Hp service center

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the battery.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

Have you tested with a different charger?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.
