I am having problems with the Thunderbolt on my notebook. The driver does not show up in Device Manager (not even hidden). Additionally, it is not possible to install the latest drivers etc. via Setup Thunderbolt Software. When using it, I constantly get the error message: 0x80070643 - fatal error.
I have installed Win11 on the latest version and also otherwise all drivers are updated. Unfortunately I do not know what to do.

All drivers have been updated via HP Support (no further updates are shown). Win11 also has no further updates. I have also installed all updates manually via the website (if necessary).
The BIOS is F.08 by default and I also tried to make the Thunderbolt port work with an installation of F.07 (older than F.08).
The connection itself works, it just does not reach the full performance known from Thunderbolt. The Thunderbolt driver is not displayed and the installation of the Thunderbolt software is not possible.
I am now sending the device to HP for repair (process already initiated).

The problem persists. All drivers and the BIOS have been updated to the latest version. The mainboard has been replaced by HP support, but there are still problems with the installation of the Thunderbolt Control Centre. My docking station (Firecuda Gaming Dock) works, but not with the full Thunderbolt bandwidth. Furthermore, the HP Omen does not boot when the docking station is connected.
