Hi, so, I just got my absolutely LOVELY HP Omen 17-ck1000 just about a week and a half ago, and I've used it quite a bit since then. However, the charger seems to not be working all of a sudden. The power connected indicating light doesn't light up, the adapter is cold to the touch, and my laptop itself is now dead batterywise as I spent a long while trying to figure out why it wasn't charging.

 

My only question is, can I get a replacement adapter under warranty? I've looked all over for a way to contact HP directly about this but found nothing useful so I'm askng here. As stated in the title, it's the 330W charger. There were literally no problems at all until tonight; I'm completely lost.
