OMEN by HP - 17-w111ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey HP support community,

Despite my device providing excellent service ever since I've bought it in 2017, the battery beneath the right-hand side of the trackpad had to be replaced within warranty in 2019. Now for about a year it has started swelling again, but i so far have been unable to find an OEM replacement battery.

Since I would like to avoid third party manufacturers, especially when it comes to PSUs and Batteries, could you supply me with some information on where to buy a new battery?

Best Regards, Seb
