HP Omen Battery Issue

HP Recommended
HP OMEN 15 DC0094TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I did all everything the method of uninstalling Microsoft Api's on Battery in Device manager runs the diagnostics but still the battery is stuck at 0% and also It affects the cmos reset 502 should I need to replace the battery or not?
