Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since I bought the device the Omen button has not worked not even once, even though I downloaded the Omen Command Center.

Very interesting. My machine is 10 months old and I always close the lid because I use external everything. Well, for this question, I opened the lid and check. You are right, it did not work

I rarely use OCC, my shortcut OCC icon on Taskbar is ok.

Regards.

Hiya @Ahmed-El-Gowely

Please try the below steps and let me know if this resolves.

1. Update BIOS to latest version available either by using HP Support Assistant or getting from HP Support

2. Uninstall Omen Command Center from Apps and Features

3. Restart

4. Install OMEN Command Center from the Windows Store

5. Restart

6. Run Windows Updates (this will verify if any supplemental needs are completed)

7. Restart if updates are done.

8. Test OMEN Command Center button for functionality.

Thanks and look forward to your response if this resolves or not.
