Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Guys

 

I have HP Omen 15-CE001NE and I have problems charging it. It keeps charging and the orange light is on when I turn off the laptop but the moment I press Power button, it turns White and stays white even when the power is plugged in.

 

I am pretty unsure about this, I have tried multiple chargers and it's the same, also I have changed the battery too. Not sure what the problem is here.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

I understand that you are facing a charging issue.

 

Please try the below: 

Steps to uninstall the ACPI drivers 

Right-Click on start button> click device manager> Batteries>then select the s drivers and right-click on it and uninstall all battery drivers. 

Then restart the computer and check again. 

 

Link for battery testing and calibration 

 

Also, update the BIOS
