OMEN by HP 15-dc1030nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So frustrated with this laptop.  The fans run loud and fast on/off all the time.  I have tried to research, I have opened the Omen Gaming Hub and set the Peformance Control setting to Default and have also tried the Comfort setting.  No change.  I have disabled the Fan Always On setting in bios.   I have updated all drivers, except Bios, using the HP Support Assistant.   When I try to update the Bios using HP Support Assistant, it will not update.  When the file runs the box that comes up and I choose ' says 'Bios not Compatibile with this device' .  I am not sure why since it downloaded from the HP Support Assistant.  In Bios it tells me the version currently installed is F21.  Is that correct for this device?   I really need some assistance with silencing these fans as it is making it difficult on Video calls due to the noise.   Thanks for any assistance offered.   I should also note that we have a few other of these same laptops at out company and in talking with those users they also experience excessive fan noise too...but it really seems extreme on mine.  Help!

Waning: The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.18363)

I recommend you run a system test on the computer following the steps in the below article to make sure that there is no hardware issue.
