My OMEN Laptop 15-en1002nb is having problems when logging into Windows (takes 15 minutes) and starting certain programs. Windows Store takes up to an hour to start. OneDrive takes up to an hour for signing in. Windows update takes ages to detect updates. Installing works fine. Steam & games work fine as well.
Upgraded BIOS to latest version
Reinstalled Windows 11. Problems came back as soon as I started configuring Windows and installing updates.
Did clean install of Windows 10. As soon as my MS account was added to Windows the issues came back.
Disabled TPM/Virtualisation in BIOS: issues are gone. When I enable either option, the problems reoccur.
HP Diagnostic software does not find any problems.
Also resetting the TPM chip does nothing.
Any ideas?

You might check in the BIOS to see if POST is enabled. (Power On Self Test)
Disable it.
" Windows Store takes up to an hour to start. OneDrive takes up to an hour for signing in"
Both of those issues have the internet connection in common.
Verify that you have the latest WIFI adapter driver installed.
What happens if you change your OS install to a local account?
