HP OMEN 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! I have an HP Omen 15 gaming laptop with an i7-7700HQ and and a GTX 1050ti GPU . There is an LED next to the DC jack pin/charge port. Plugging in a charger, that LED blinks orange once, then nothing happens.

Pressing the power button causes that LED to blink white, and it'll blink white once every time i press the power button. All that being said, the laptop does not power on at all. I removed the battery to try powering it on without it, same issue. I removed the RAM modules, same issue. Not sure what the issue could be. Any idea? really appreciate it.

That sounds like a BIOS or system board issue.

Is your Omen notebook still in warranty? You will need the serial number. Look on the bottom of the notebook.
