My Omen has the issue..  HP Omen no battery Detected

Ok  @james_p23 I have allot of info for you.

 

The HP part number for the battery is  778978-006

Sorry.. it's a 15-5000NA (product no. K2V86EA#ABU). I have yet to open it up and disconnect the battery. However, I did try resetting and updating the BIOS, neither of which fixed the error.
