Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought my HP Omen laptop and everything is great. However, when trying to use the Webcam it suddenly stops working when I try to turn it on. It is blanked out and has an Error 45 the majority of the time, but every now and then it works but turns itself off 5 seconds later.

 

I have tried updating the drivers for it in Device manager but it says I have the latest drivers. It is currently listed under hidden devices as 'HP Wide Vision HD camera'.
