  • Was the HP orbit app came preinstalled on the computer?
  • What is the exact model for your computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

Answer to your questions in a respective manner:

1. Yes it was pre-installed on my computer.

2. HP Notebook, Device name: LAPTOP-737IPSQ5

3.Yes i did but it always shows "Incompatible Program"
