Your HP Pavilion - 15-cc130tx (3CW24PA) was released in 2017, meaning, your laptop is no longer under any warranty. HP also doesn't sell or stock the original (OEM) battery. As per: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=3CW24PA, the battery for your laptop has p/n: 920070-855 "Assembly-battery 3C 41Whr 3.6Ah LI TF03XL".
You can purchase a quality TF03XL replacement battery online, such as this example via Amazon-India: https://www.amazon.in/SellZone-Battery-Compatible-TF03041XL-Pavilion/dp/B09S12M61Z/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?c....
The other issues you mentioned can be fixed too, but you'll have to consider taking it to a local PC repair shop.
