I bought HP Victus Gaming Laptop because of their promotion last month. They were able to give me a reference number and the header of the mail indicates “reward shipment” and told me that my voucher is being “processed”.  That I will receive and email within 30 working days which will contain my GCash voucher code.

 

This email was sent on July 7, 2022 so I already send them an email and to follow up but there was no response in their end. I believe that the allotted time for waiting is almost over so I hope they would update me about what has happened  to the GCash Voucher.

 

Is there anyone that has the same experience as me?
