Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not able to get the HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTIC app to run on my HP laptop. Up until now, it has always worked, for I am a person that like s to check and make sure that all my equipment is running properly, on a regular basis. Is there anyway that this can be remedied??

Hi:

 

If you can't get the built in software to work, there is software you can use to make a diagnostics USB key.

 

It is called the HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTICS 4-IN-1 USB KEY

 

You can download it at the link below, bottom of the page, middle file.
