Please could someone tell me what the failure is and provide a solution?

You are going to need to replace the hard drive. No other solution. 

Post back if you want help with a Manual and/or video or purchasing suggestions.

Thank you.  Purchasing options would be great. When i replace the hard drive, will the laptop recognize windows 10 again or do i need to install and purchase the OS?

Also, before i was getting the error message, my computer would boot but would freeze soon after i logged in. Then, it started to freeze as the computer booted up. Can i assume this is due to the harddrive as well?

Yes those symptoms sound like the hard drive. You are going to have to reinstall Windows 10 onto the new hard drive. Fortunately, Microsoft makes it available for download. Post back if you need more help .
